Maintenance

Maintenance requests for individual units must be submitted by the owner of the unit or by his or her designated proxy (initial documentation required). If you are an owner submitting for your tenant, please also include the tenant's name & contact information.

Please email maintenance requests to info@richardsoncrossroads.com, with corresponding photos or documents if applicable. Please refer to the Responsibility Chart for a list of which items are covered by the homeowner and which are covered by the HOA.

For emergencies (such as an urgent water leak), please contact the HOA President at 469-792-0102.
