Maintenance



Maintenance requests for individual units must be submitted by the owner of the unit or by his or her designated proxy (initial documentation required). If you are an owner submitting for your tenant, please also include the tenant's name & contact information.


Please submit photos and documents through our website so the request is automatically saved on our server.


Alternatively, you may email submissions to info@richardsoncrossroads.com. 


For emergencies (such as an urgent water leak), please contact the HOA President at 469-792-0102.
