Richardson Crossroads is a condominium community consisting of 74 units. Each of the 74 units is privately owned, and each owner is a member of the Richardson Crossroads Condominium Association. We are regulated by a Master Deed and By-laws that were established when the community was built in 1983. Each unit is legally responsible for monthly dues to cover numerous operations of the complex.
We are a self-managed community; that means there is no leasing office or manned office. The owners meet annually to discuss pertinent issues and to elect members to the Board of Directors, members which consists of RCCA homeowners. These Board members serve to oversee the basic operations of the complex. Each unit's owner is entitled to one vote, and can sign authorization of that vote to a designated proxy of their choosing..
