Richardson Crossroads is a condominium community that consists of 74 total units, ranging in size, layout & personal style. Each of the 74 units is privately owned, and each owner is a member of the Richardson Crossroads Condominium Association.

We are regulated by a Master Deed and By-laws that were established when the community was built in 1983. Each unit is legally responsible for monthly dues to cover numerous operations of the complex.

All residents are welcomed and encouraged:
TO SERVE ON COMMITTEES AS NEEDS ARISE

TO OFFER THEIR EXPERTISE TO BOARD MEMBERS
TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY
TO ATTEND BOARD MEETINGS*
ONLY OWNERS, HOWEVER, ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE AND SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

To keep our community looking fresh and inviting:
WE CAN ALL PICK UP STRAY TRASH AS WE HAPPEN UPON IT.

BE SURE TO PLACE ALL ITEMS INSIDE THE DUMPSTER 
MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAUL OFF BULK ITEMS; RCCA HAS NO PAID SERVICES FOR THIS
PET OWNERS: REMEMBER TO “SCOOP THE POOP” (CITY OF RICHARDSON ORDINANCE)

* Courtesy pet waste baggies and disposal bin located in the courtyard!
Send a maintenance form (with photos) regarding issues you may notice in these areas.

All residents, whether owners or tenants, must become familiar with and abide by the rules and regulations, and they must keep contact information current with the Secretary of the Board in case of emergencies and to receive information.
